Standard delivery: We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 1-3 working days. However, sometimes during holiday periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Highlands will take longer to arrive. We aim to deliver standard orders within 5-7 working days to Northern Ireland and 7 working days to the Highlands. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands.
A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when your order is delivered and the courier cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and take your order back. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to collect your delivery from your local delivery office.
* Your order will be held at a delivery office for 7 days. After that it will be returned back to us. The original postage charge will apply to re-send the order back to the customer.

UK Bank Holidays (if applicable): please allow an extra working day for delivery.

Postage rate is calculated by the weight of the items for the order.
Delivery Address
Please note, we are unable to change a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been despatched.

Refund & Returns Policy
In the case of an error when placing an order or change of mind a full refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please notify us immediately if this is the case.
No admin charge will apply if we are notified within 12 hours of placing your order before it is processed and dispatched.
We guarantee to refund any item purchased on NATURALAFROBEAUTY.CO.UK that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Purchases can only be returned by post.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and a £5.00 charge will be applied to cover the admin costs. Please also note that items must be returned in their original condition, not have been used or tampered with and intact.

Re-Delivery Postal Payment Charge
If your order has been returned back to us and you would want it re-delivered please pay the postal payment charge that applies for your order below.
Ignore the Postage and Packing charge that is applied as this will be refunded and credited into your original method of payment.
